Dolcontin

Dolcontin is an opioid pain medication. An opioid is sometimes called a narcotic. Dolcontin is used to treat moderate to severe pain. Short-acting Dolcontin is taken as needed for pain. The extended-release form of this medication is for around-the-clock pain management. This form of Dolcontin is not available for pain.
